A Creative Afterschool Space Where Black Youth in Oakland Can Thrive

Have you ever wanted to design your own clothing or learn more about cameras and photography? Have you ever wanted to produce your own song or bring your sketches to life?

KOO Labs Academy offers free creative classes for Black boys in Oakland to strengthen these skills and more. Sign up now before all spots are filled!

Students explore fashion design, music production, animation, and digital storytelling while receiving mentorship from Black and Brown creatives at the top of their fields.

Program Details:
• Open to middle and high school–aged youth in Oakland
• Afterschool program beginning in late January and accepting new students through February
• No prior experience required
• Limited spots available
