King of the Month- Eliel Taveras

Eliel Taveras has only been a part of our KOO Labs classes for a couple of weeks, but he is already making waves in the fashion department. When he opens his notebook, 3D sketches fill the pages, his ideas coming together as one as he dives deeper into defining his brand.

When asked what the most valuable thing he has learned so far is, he said that he is inspired by the process of presenting ideas and storyboarding. The idea boards that go into a fashion design before you even pick up a piece of cloth are all part of the process of turning an idea into a tangible product, and that inspires him.

He is now most excited to print his next shirt design. Eliel Taveras has been a phenomenal student who is always looking for advice, asking questions, and eager to grow in his craft. We would like to take this time to honor his commitment and hard work.
