TFI College Application Day
CSU Application Day Success at East Bay!
Our TFI program held an incredibly successful College Application Day at CSU East Bay on October 18th!
The day kicked off with our Kings diligently filling out their application trackers, setting the stage for a productive session. They also had a dedicated opportunity to refine their personal statements and supplemental essays during a focused writing workshop with Ms. Tracey.
A true highlight was the virtual alumni panel. We welcomed back TFI alumni representing prestigious institutions across the country, including Harvard, Morehouse, Hampton, UC Riverside, CSU Los Angeles, and Sacramento State. The alumni shared invaluable experiences and insights with our Cohort 2 Kings, offering real-world perspectives on college life.
The afternoon featured two amazing guests from the CSU East Bay Admission and Outreach Department, Carlos and Sara. They delivered an informative presentation and provided direct, hands-on support to our Kings, helping them navigate and successfully complete their CSU applications.
It was a day full of focus, mentorship, and significant progress toward their college goals!
