Building Thriving Classrooms Through Crowns

Over the past three months, our Crowns Curriculum lead, Matin, has been running a Crowns Curriculum campaign on LinkedIn that has gained national attention. This confirms to us that curriculums like this are needed not just in the Bay Area, but across the country to ensure that Black students are gaining the respect, teaching, self-efficacy, and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom.

This movement has reminded us that teachers play a major role in student success. It starts at the root, with curriculum and teachers, in order to create successful and thriving classroom environments that benefit everyone.
