The Kingmakers of Oakland Street team is an activated group of black youth leaders, innovators, change-makers and content curators. Comprised of 10 members between the ages of 15 - 25, the KOO Street Team shares a wealth of passion, talent, and knowledge. The KOO Street Team is a reflection of Kingmakers of Oakland’s deepest organizational values - to create platforms that are black-youth centered that empower, engage, and uplift the voices of our young kings and queens. We are experiencing unprecedented times in our national and world history, and the need for youth voice in this moment is more critical than ever.
