Mustafa Bulale is committed to ensuring schools are places that value, love, and care for Black and Brown children. He wants schools to nurture student's dreams and ambitions, and celebrate all the forms their brilliance takes.

Mustafa has held a variety of positions in the education field; teacher, data analyst, and researcher. Currently he works as a Partnership Director with Equal Opportunity Schools, where he supports school and district leaders to transform school culture so Black and Brown students experience an inclusive high quality learning environment.

Mustafa grew up in Seattle, Washington and attended the University of Washington for both undergraduate and graduate school (Master’s in Education Policy).
